It was Brie Bella Tagged in against the Former Divas Champion Kaitlyn , The Powerhouse Diva pushed Brie Over Her sister Nikki which Let Nikki Fall So Hard on The ground Hitting Her knee with Her Shin.
Appointing in Total divas That When She was in High School playing Soccer she Had a Shin accident that in her words : "Made her face Disappear for 11 Months"
Her sister Brianna Told Nikki that she needs to see the Doc or she will tell her boyfriend John Cena and the WWE about this serious injury .
Days After That , There was a picture on the net of Nikki Bella having shin surgery and Her Boyfriend With Her .
